The units are spacious and well-decorated. the view of the Cotswold hills is stunning. - the staff are friendly and welcoming. - the location is fantastic, close to the picturesque Cotswolds, Cleeve Hill walking paths, and the racecourse.

The location is amazing in a picturesque area, near the local pub and the stunning hill. Make sure to get a double room with a large bed and spectacular views. Accommodating and affable staff as one would expect.

The location here overlooking the valley is fantastic, and we loved our charming king room with a lovely view.

I was staying at Cleeve Hill House during Gold Cup week at Cheltenham so the prices were exceptionally high. But that is the case everywhere in and around Cheltenham during race week and in this context the prices here were not unreasonable. Cleeve Hill is a comfortable and friendly bed and breakfast hotel. The owners and staff are really friendly and cooperative and there are lots of nice touches. The full cooked breakfasts are very good and special requests are welcomed. Recommended.

A lot of steps up to the hotel and not all of them totally secure. There is on-site parking but it can be tight when the hotel is full.

Lovely views across to Malverns and direct access to Cleeve Hill behind; friendly hosts and exellent breakfast.

This place boasts a stunning location near a pub for dinner, and the rooms are nicely decorated with fantastic views.

Had thoroughly enjoyable stay in this quirky hotel, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, location was unbeatable to attractions in the area. Had the queen suite which was well-kept with a view. Everything was amazing as expected, even so the bathroom was poor.

Friendliness of the owners and the warm welcome we received on arrival and their helpfulness during our stay. Location of hotel and all local attractions within easy reach. Very good selection of food at breakfast.
